You’re nothing but a second rate, trying hard copycat!
Sen. Sotto was accused of copying a portion of his RH Bill speech from US-based blog of Sarah Pope ”The Healthy Home Economist”.
Earlier, Sen. Sotto denied to the media that the said speech was copied from a blog but generated it from a book by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride. “Why would I quote the blogger? I am quoting Natasha McBride” said Sotto. Sarah Pope replied “Lying Thief” in her recent blog post.
Later on, Sen. Sotto’s chief of staff Atty. Hector A. Villacorta admitted that they lifted portions of the speech from the blog but denied Plagiarism.
“You have a blog, it is meant to be shared, it’s in the public domain, so it’s not plagiarism,”
Also, according to Atty. Villacorta
“There is no jurisprudence, there is no privacy law, even if she wants to press charges. I already talked to a lawyer from New York. Even in the US, there is no legislation,”
Plagiarism is Corruption.
May Pinoy Henyo shirt pa ako!
P1: tao ba ito?
P1: Senator ba ito?
Ang set of keyboard shortcut na ito ay binabansagan kong “The Senator Tito Sotto Tab”
“ctrl + c ….. ctrl + v”
